Bien Être began as a boutique retreat company with a mission to bring together soulful high performers through curated, wellness-led experiences in extraordinary locations. But when the world shut down six months after launch, we pivoted. We had no investor backing, no ad spend, and no brand awareness. Just an idea, a vision, and a blank canvas. What emerged was something even more powerful: a global online members’ circle, offering meaningful connection, editorial richness, and elevated online event curation.

Beth co-founded Bien Etre and served as Head of Marketing, responsible for crafting the brand from the ground up. With no investor backing or ad spend, she designed and executed a full organic growth strategy — built entirely on brand magnetism, editorial content, and authentic community-building.

She led the brand strategy, naming, identity, messaging, content architecture, and digital experience. As the business pivoted from in-person retreats to a fully digital membership platform, Beth reimagined the offering, developing a virtual retreat format, curating online events, and launching a content hub for members across 40+ countries. All without ever compromising on the elegance or exclusivity of the original brand vision.
