Beth O’Brien-Gore is a Chartered Marketer, Brand & Growth Strategist, Fractional CMO, and trusted partner to developers, hoteliers, and entrepreneurs working at the intersection of real estate, wellness, and creativity.
Her experience spans high-end developments, boutique hospitality, and agency leadership, having shaped the brand and marketing strategies for everything from sustainable resorts in Central America to design-forward properties in Europe.

The Story Behind the Strategy
I began my career at Domus Nova, a boutique estate agency in Notting Hill known for its obsession with design. That’s where I first discovered how powerful branding and aesthetics could be — especially in real estate.
From there, I took on my first solo marketing role at Saxbury, a sister company focused on serviced apartments and apart-hotels. As the only marketer on the team, I had to figure out everything from strategy to execution — and I did, while studying marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). That’s where the real love affair began.
I moved to the agency side at Siren Design, where I ran marketing campaigns for around 40 commercial real estate clients at a given time. There, I learned how to bring even the most “boring” assets — like office buildings — to life with creativity, brand storytelling, and emotional resonance.
In 2018, I launched my own brand — Bien Être, a wellness and personal growth company that grew to over 500 members across 40+ countries through organic content alone. It was featured by Tatler, National Geographic, House of Coco, Psychologies Magazine, Sheerluxe, and ultimately selected by the Rolls Royce Club as an “exceptional brand” in their Platinum Jubilee publication.
I closed Bien Être shortly after that — not because it wasn’t working, but because I had discovered my true calling: building brands like that for others.
Since then, I’ve worked with real estate developers, retreat founders, and high-end hospitality brands to align their vision, refine their positioning, and bring their projects to life through brand-first growth strategy.
